What is a Compact Training Course?
A 'Compact Training Course' is a 3-4 hour 'high impact' safety training course provided at your place of work.
We're now taking bookings for the following Compact Courses: Health & Safety Awareness, Manual Handling, Fire Safety Awareness, Fire Wardens, Disability Awareness, First Aid, Emergency Response and Construction Safety.
Each safety training course delivers all the content needed but is condensed into a morning or afternoon session. We also keep the content fresh and lively and ask delegates to keep their questions until the end to keep the flow going.
It has been proven that the ability to retain knowledge is severely diminished after a 3-4 hour period. Some courses are simply too long, often leaving delegates exhausted and bored. As a result, full day courses can unnecessarily cost your business twice as many lost working hours.

What Does the Law Say About Safety Training?
The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 requires that all employers provide information, instruction and training so that their employees work in healthy and safe conditions.
The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 state that health and safety training is needed when people start work and to update existing workers.
