Important Information for virtual classroom participants

To ensure you have the best possible experience during your upcoming training, please review the following requirements and recommendations:

Equipment Needed:

  • Headphones with a microphone (or microphone and speakers): Headphones with a microphone are strongly recommended for clear audio and to reduce background noise or feedback.  If you do not have headphones with a microphone, a separate microphone and speakers will suffice.
  • Webcam: A functioning webcam will be required for the interactive parts of the session.
    -> Please test your webcam and audio setup in advance to ensure it is working correctly before the training date.

Connectivity:

  • Internet: You’ll need a stable and moderately fast internet connection. A wired connection is ideal, though a strong Wi-Fi signal is also suitable.

Environment:

  • Quiet Location: Choose a quiet, distraction-free space where you will not be interrupted during the session.

Preparing these elements ahead of time will help ensure a smooth and engaging training experience. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and all equipment are fully operational before the start of the session.
