Questions were well answered. He demonstrated very well on all he taught us that needed demonstration. Tea, coffee, hot water, milk and sugar were available for us all and we were allowed to stretch our legs during the course of the training. Fiona was a fantastic trainer—engaging, knowledgeable, and very effective in getting everyone involved without ever being intimidating. She created a comfortable atmosphere that encouraged participation and interaction, which really helped reinforce the key concepts of the training. Everything was delivered clearly, with practical relevance, and I genuinely felt refreshed and more confident by the end of the day.
