I recently attended a one-day care training session, and I found it to be both highly informative and well-organized. Despite being condensed into a single day, the program managed to cover a wide range of essential topics, including health and safety protocols, communication techniques, emergency response, and guidelines for providing compassionate, person-centred care. The trainer was engaging, knowledgeable, and approachable, we had interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations to keep participants involved. Real-life scenarios and role-playing made it easier to understand how to apply the concepts in everyday care situations.
