Questions were well answered. He demonstrated very well on all he taught us that needed demonstration. Tea, coffee, hot water, milk and sugar were available for us all and we were allowed to stretch our legs during the course of the training. Fiona was a fantastic trainer—engaging, knowledgeable, and very effective in getting everyone involved without ever being intimidating. She created a comfortable atmosphere that encouraged participation and interaction, which really helped reinforce the key concepts of the training. Everything was delivered clearly, with practical relevance, and I genuinely felt refreshed and more confident by the end of the day. It is crucial for school staff to have up-to-date knowledge of epilepsy and seizures to support students effectively and ensure their safety and well-being. This course is designed to equip school staff with the essential knowledge and skills needed to support students with epilepsy. It covers the latest treatments, seizure management, and best practices for creating a safe and supportive school environment. 

Topics include the causes and types of epilepsy, identifying seizure warning signs, emergency first aid for seizures, supporting students emotionally, and ensuring dignity and privacy.
