Fiona was a fantastic trainer; engaging, knowledgeable, and very effective in getting everyone involved without ever being intimidating. She created a comfortable atmosphere that encouraged participation and interaction, which really helped reinforce the key concepts of the training. Everything was delivered clearly, with practical relevance, and I genuinely felt refreshed and more confident by the end of the day. I hope Fiona will be the trainer again next year, it would be great to see her again. A really well-run and impactful session. thank you!
