We are proud to support the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, and we’re offering an excellent opportunity for individuals to join our valued training team as either a Tier 2 Facilitator or Tier 2 Co-Trainer.
Co-Trainer: You will share your lived experience of autism or learning disability in a structured and supportive way, working alongside experienced trainers to deliver engaging, in-person sessions. You must hold the Tier 2 Co-Trainer certificate and be willing to travel to training venues.
Facilitator: You will lead and deliver professional, structured training sessions in collaboration with co-trainers. You must hold the Tier 2 Facilitator certificate with a unique Oliver McGowan Trainer ID, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel.
A shared passion for promoting awareness, inclusion, and high standards of care is essential for both roles.
Rate: £30 per hour for Co-Trainers and £220 per day for Facilitators.
